Project to support the development of domestic and inbound tourism in Ukraine - the first example of public-private partnership in tourism September 28, 2009 in the III Ukrainian Travel Forum hosted a presentation of the first draft of public-private partnership in tourism "Project to support the development of domestic and inbound tourism in Ukraine". The essence of the project The project will assist the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine in the formation of a network of national tourist routes, and ensuring proper maintenance of tourist visitors during the finals of the UEFA European Football Championship 2012 in Ukraine. Financing of activities will be funded from contributions from leading tour operators of Ukraine, members of the ALTU , in particular: "Agency" Pan Ukraine "," Voyage-Kyiv", "SAM", "Tez Tour", "Tour operator "PROLAND", "TURTESS TRAVEL ", "TOURIST CLUB. As the Minister of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine Vasyl Vovkun "first major tour operators have joined efforts to support the development of national tourist routes, the development of domestic and inbound tourism in Ukraine. It is this network that covers the outstanding items of historical, cultural and natural heritage that are the pride of the Ukrainian people, need our urgent attention". Estimated ALTU only operators members of the Association for the rock will be collected about 1 million hryvnia. Operators, with whom negotiations are able to replenish fund the project for a further 1 million hryvnia in the year. Together with our contributions to it will be 2 million. For comparison - this year the needs of tourism in the State Budget of Ukraine were planted 2.5 million hryvnia "- said Taras Demura, President of the Association of Leaders of tourist industry of Ukraine. Contributions are formed from the contributions from each tour, tour operators implemented by Member Alto through travel agents, with "Seal of Excellence for ALTU". Coordination and implementation of activities under the GMS Program provided by National Tourist Office. Participation in the project "Project to support the development of domestic and inbound tourism in Ukraine" is open to all tour operators wishing to join the restructuring of the national tourist routes and support the development of domestic and inbound tourism in Ukraine. Information support of the project is carried out through the dissemination of information about the "Seal of Excellence ALTU" - as the main financial instrument for the implementation of project objectives and an effective mechanism for protecting the rights and interests of consumers of travel services. Informational support includes: 1. Awareness-raising campaign in the media. 2. Placing information about the essence of the project on the initiators and participants of the Project; 3. PSAs on external media.
