February 11, 2010 at 16:00 in the premises of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine (Kyiv, Franko Str., 19) will be signing Memorandum of Cooperation between the Polish Tourist Organization and National Tourist Office in Ukraine. From the Polish side the Memorandum will be signed by the President of the Polish Tourist Organization Rafał Shmidke, with the Ukrainian - Director of state enterprise "National Tourist Office" Andrew Pomoz.
The event is supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine and State Service of Tourism and Resorts. At the signing of the Memorandum are planning to attend the Minister of Culture and Tourism Minister Vasyl Vovkun, Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine Yuriy Zubko, Head of the State Service for Tourism and Resorts Anatoly Pahlya, Director of the Polish Tourist Organization Wlodzimierz Schurek, experts from the tourism industry of both countries. Signing of the Memorandum is a continuation in 2009 initiated a fruitful Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in the field of tourism.
A successful example of such cooperation is an experienced travel experts of the Polish Agency for International Development (PART) Training in the cities of Lviv and Kyiv.
The implementation of activities outlined in the Memorandum will bring mutual benefit and will contribute to promotion of Ukraine and Poland as countries that host the final part of the European Football Championship in 2012.
