According to him, from April 24 to May 14 in the Transcarpathian region festivals, competitions, a variety of conference, so the area came and still attracts hundreds of thousands of tourists not only from Ukraine, but also from neighboring countries.

"Tourists coming in Transcarpathia, to admire the cherry blossoms in bloom is now buried Uzhgorod. He also added that only in the first days of May, according to official estimates, Transcarpathia was attended by around 500 thousand people. "The vast majority of hotels are busy these days. He noted that in general during these holidays in the region expect a record number of tourists - at least a million people. Moreover, the May 9-10, expected full bloom unique Valley of daffodils near the city of Hust. Fedor Sandor recalled that in 2008 set a record for attendance of the Valley of daffodils - officially sold 800,000 tickets for tourists who come to admire this miracle.

Valley of daffodils is about one-third the area of the Carpathian biosphere reserve. Here grows a unique alpine wild daffodil, which anywhere else in Europe did not survive. Valley of daffodils - the only place in the world, where daffodils grow in the nature at an altitude of 180 meters above sea level.
